DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION
To mark its 30th anniversary, Champagne Tsarine unveils a celebratory anniversary cuvée: Champagne Tsarine, Zéro Dosage Rosé, 30th Anniversary Cuvée. The very first Zéro Dosage in its (young) history, in a limited and numbered edition. Esther Abrami, the brand’s ambassador, designed the case and specially composed an original melody inspired by the purity of the cuvée.
Tasting Notes
Eye: Delicate pale pink robe with coral highlights, revealing the finesse and elegance of this cuvée.
Nose: Fresh and floral notes of peony, joined by citrus scents. On aeration, deeper aromas of small red fruits enrich the bouquet.
Palate: Lively and precise, a hallmark of Chardonnay, bringing beautiful freshness and mineral tension. The red fruit, discreet and elegant, integrates perfectly. The finish is long, marked by a saline touch.
Serving suggestions: White asparagus with lemon sauce, citrus risotto, tuna tartare with raspberries or cod tacos with mango and feta.
